Step 2.) Enter the Username, Password and Captcha in Registered User Section, then click on "Login".

Step 3.) After successfull Login, You will get the Traveller Dashboard, by two ways you can search the bus service, either you can select the "Book Ticket" option from Left Menu or search the service from "Book Ticket" section on the dashboard.

Step 4.) After clicking on "Book Ticket" option, you will get the below screen, Select from Station, To Station, Date of Journey and Type of Service then Click on "Search"
You will get the list of service(s) according to the entered criteria.

Step 5.) From the List of Service(s), click on "Book Now" Button of Suitable Service from the List.

Step 6.) Select number of seat(s) you want to Book. Click on Number of seats.
Note- Maximum 06 seats you can book at a time.

Step 7.) Select the seat(s) from the Bus Layout (as per the Image) and Enter the Details(Name, Gender and Age) of the Traveller(s), Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click on "Pay And Proceed" Button.

Step 8.) Details of the Ticket will be shown, If the Details are correct, Please Click on "Confirm and Proceed to Pay" Button for Payment.

Step 9.) Please select payment option, Proceed as per instructions of Payment gateway and make payment.
To Abort the Transaction, Click on Cancel Link, below the "Make Payment" Button.

Step 10.) After successful payment, Ticket will be generated and can be printed.

Step 2.) Go to "Cancel Ticket" on Left Menu of Dashboard, Select the Ticket, which you want to Cancel from the list of Ticket(s) Available for Cancellation.

Step 3.) After that detail of Your Ticket will appear, You can select one or more seat(s) for cancellation, after selecting the seat(s), Click on "Cancel Ticket" button.

Step 4.) Confirmation Screen will appear, If you are sure for cancellation then click on "Yes" otherwise click on "No".

Step 5.) After confirmation, Ticket will be cancelled, a Cancellation Voucher will get generated.
Your refund amount will be credited in your Account as per the Cancellation Policy of APSTS.

Step 6.) You may print the Cancellation Voucher.

Step 2.) Enter your Old Password, New Password and Confirm New Password then Click on "Save" Button.

For Mozilla Firefox Users
Step 1.) Open the option preferences.
Step 2.) Select the Content tab.
Step 3.) Unblock pop up window and Click OK to close the Options dialog box.

Step 2.) Fill the fields carefully, After Filling all your details click on "Submit" button.

Step 3.) After that You will find a OTP on your mobile, Fill the OTP and Captcha then click on "Verify" button.

Step 4.) On successful registration check your registered email or registered mobile. You will find a password for your registered ID on your Email and mobile.

Step 5.) Now Login with your Registered Id and Password.

Step 6.) After successful login of your account, you should change your password.

Step 7.) You needs to Login again with your New Password .

Step 2.) Enter your Registered Email Id and Captcha then click on "Continue" button.

Step 3.) OTP will be sent to your registered Mobile Number, Enter the OTP and Captcha, Click on "Submit" button.

Step 4.) Your Password will be changed successfully, Now you can Sign In with your New Password.
